Braszowice, June 10, 2025 – As part of Mirores’ ongoing commitment to scientific collaboration and education, our CEO, Jakub Ciążela, took part in a field training session with students from the Institute of Geology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

The workshop was held at the Gabbro Quarry in Braszowice, providing a unique setting for immersive learning. The students, under Dr. Ciążela’s guidance, investigated fluid migration along fault systems in the lower oceanic crust—a key process that controls the formation of seafloor massive sulfide (SMS) deposits. These deposits are of growing importance as potential sources of critical raw materials essential for the green energy transition.

Mirores is proud to support the next generation of geoscientists by sharing advanced, field-based expertise that bridges academic knowledge with real-world applications in mineral exploration and structural geology.

“Connecting theory with practice is vital in geoscience,” said Jakub Ciążela. “Opportunities like this are essential for preparing future experts in sustainable resource development.”

This initiative reflects our mission to foster innovation and knowledge exchange across academia and industry.
