MIRORES has been selected for the first edition of the MilTech Acceleration Program, implemented by Akces NCBR in strategic cooperation with the Polish Ministry of National Defence.

This was a highly competitive selection. Over 300 companies applied, and only 12 startups were selected for acceleration.

The acceleration contract has now been signed. As part of the program, MIRORES will receive 300 000 PLN in financial support and 100 000 PLN for mentor support.

During the official kick off event in Warsaw, Jakub Ciążela, CEO of MIRORES, joined representatives of NCBR, Akces NCBR and the Ministry of National Defence to discuss the role of advanced technologies in strengthening Poland’s defence and security ecosystem.

Within MilTech, MIRORES will develop MIRGUARD614, a lightweight multispectral thermal sensor for unmanned aerial systems. The solution uses AI and autocalibration to improve heat source detection, support early fire detection, enable infrastructure diagnostics and reduce false alarms.

Participation in MilTech is an important step toward transforming MIRORES’ research and engineering capabilities into practical dual use technologies for defence, security and critical infrastructure protection.

We look forward to working with Akces NCBR, mentors and program partners during the acceleration process.
